• Use the AI to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sinora AI and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your data, knowledge base content, and customer conversations.

Sinora AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
